As a Researcher,

I study college students’ transition to working adulthood. Using mixed methods, I examine the challenges students face during this transitional period. I’m particularly interested in how students’ experiences are shaped by social and technological changes. Learn More

I teach career development theories and practice, workplace communications, and academic writing. I also teach quantitative and mixed-methods research.
I regularly incorporate interactive components into my curriculum, such as student poster fairs, to foster active learning. Learn More
